Life is a game with different stages in it. One of the depressing stage is of loosing hope in life. But when you feel low in life you should look up to some really inspirational people who have fought back in life and inspired the generations to not only survive but to live life king size. One such person is Nick Vujicic who is specially abled.
Nick is a person without limbs. He is the victim to the rare disorder tetra-amelia syndrome(absence of all four limbs). He was born on 4th December 1982 in Melbourne,Australia. Raised in Melbourne and later they moved to Brisbane where he lived for 14 years
During his childhood days Nick suffered mentally, emotionally and physically. At eight years of age, he lost hope and was depressed with his life without limbs. Two years later he decided to attempt suicide by drowning himself in bathtub. But he realised that it would leave his loved ones with burden and guilt after his death. So he decided not to commit suicide he finally accepted the fact about his disability and started being more optimistic. He found hope and purpose in his life. Since then he never looked back and lived life with an optimistic outlook, encouraging other people to overcome difficulties in life. At seventeen years of age he started his own NGO named 'LIFE WITHOUT LIMBS'. .
His education consists of a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, also with a double major in accountancy and financial planning. He has written a book named 'Life Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life' in which he has mentioned that he keeps a pair of shoes in his closet due to his belief in miracles. He started delivering the inspirational speeches, at the age of seventeen, to the small groups and later became a famous motivational speaker who went across 44 countries to speak 2000 times.He speaks on the topics of attitude towards life.(attitude is altitude) and never giving up and dreaming big.
Imagine how hard life might be without the limbs. He not only performs the daily activities but also enjoys his hobbies like boating, Golf, Swimming and other adventurous activities.
Nick beleives in miracles and so miracles happened in his life. He was married to his love Kanae Miyahara in 2012. They are also blessed with a baby boy now and living very happily. Nick always wanted people to know about finishing strong and never giving up in life.
